Abstract: The Phasmida Species File is a taxonomic database of the world's Phasmida (stick and leaf insects, known as walking sticks and walking leaves in the U.S.). It contains full synonymic and taxonomic information for c. 3,050 valid species. There are c. 27,600 citations to c. 2500 references, also c. 6,200 specimen records and more than 11,500 images of over two thirds of valid species. The database is being continually updated by the author (Paul Brock), making it user friendly to taxonomists and rearers.
